Amazing time! Let me preface this by staying prior to using ZBest, I had entered into an agreement with another limo company that had given me terrible customer service and had cheated me. I called ZBest in a panic with only two weeks notice before my event and they were amazing! The company's sales team was awesome! Heather was with me each step of the way and she was very responsive, thorough and helpful. They followed up with me a few days before the event to confirm and make any changes. The limo arrived 5-10 minutes early and I can't say enough great things about our driver, Rodney. He was fantastic and professional (always opened doors, was on point with the addresses and directions, and made sure we had enough ice/water, etc.) The limo was a 2015 White Lincoln and it was clean and beautiful. The limo also stayed with us everywhere we went and when we were ready to leave, Rodney was there in seconds. We ended up needing an extra hour and they made it super quick and easy for us to do that. I was so happy with my service and the way our event turned out and I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

Best time ever! For my mother's90th birthday, the Francis family and friends travelled to dinner and back on the limo bus. We pre-recorded special songs and had a toast along the way. Wendy in reservations helped with special touches like a sign and Rodney our driver couldn't have been nicer. We laughed and sang along the way. ZBest was great! I really wanted a trolley for our wedding party transportation and my husband reached out to ZBest for this. They were willing to work with our price point which was great, and they were significantly less than other quotes I had received. The driver arrived on time (early in fact!) even when it was down pouring. He even escorted myself and my bridesmaids one by one to the vehicle underneath an umbrella so we didn't ruin our hair and makeup. He made sure we got to all of our destinations right on time, and even cranked up the music so we could get the party started! We were also incredibly impressed at how well he was able to maneuver that large trolley in such tight city streets! ZBest was able to deliver everything we wanted for our wedding and we couldn't be happier!

I have used the Zbest service many times, Limos and private cars and SUVs. They have great service. The staff who answers the phones right down to the drivers. I always appreciate they accept my last minute schedule changes and often my needs to extend the times beyond what I originally asked for. They are the best.
